Fall/Summer Events Intern
The Summer Events Intern is responsible for assisting in the development, promotions, coordination, budget management and implementation of all events put on by the Downtown Division of the Growth Alliance for Greater Evansville (GAGE). To be successful in this position, the Summer Events Intern should be flexible, organized, able to work well with others, and must be willing to work events some evenings and weekends. The Summer Events Intern should have excellent written and verbal communications skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Some experience with programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus. He or she must be able to perform light physical labor during set up and clean up of events.

Technology/Database Intern
The Downtown Division seeks an individual to assist with the development of a commercial downtown database that will serve as a marketing tool for the entire area in addition to specific properties. This individual will be responsible for the development of the actual database, importing data sets, and also collection of missing information and data. To be successful in this position, the Technology/Database Intern should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframes
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and strong problem solving skills
- Desire to work in a non-profit organization that greatly impacts Downtown development
