The mission of the Growth Alliance requires support of its activities through a public and private partnership. This partnership is not membership based. The Growth Alliance is partially funded by City and County taxpayer dollars; but also relies on investment from local businesses and individuals who recognize the importance of funding economic development efforts.
The Growth Alliance is a certified (501(c)3), not-for-profit entity and contributions are tax deductible.
Investing in the Growth Alliance means investing in:
- economic development programs for Evansville/Vanderburgh County;
- programs aimed at local job creation and revenue generation;
- programs supporting the next generation of local, basic/Tier 1 business start-ups;
- programs aimed at making this the geographic and development center of a new Technology Corridor; and
- activities aimed at making this the destination of choice for technology-based businesses and entrepreneurs.
