As a client in our organization, we endeavor to move beyond the normal landlord/tenant relationship and seek to establish a stronger more supportive relationship. The first step to becoming an Innovation Pointe client is to submit the following forms and documents:
These forms can be filled electronically using Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded for free from adobe.com. You may either e-mail the completed forms to katherine@innovationpointe.com or print and mail them to the following address:

Once we have received this information, we will contact you within a few business days to set up an appointment to discuss your needs and what Innovation Pointe can offer you. At that point, you will be asked to submit a formal application and all other required documents. For informational purposes, you may view the application and required documents.
